Your dashboard, teams and record

When you sign in, MatchHub opens My dashboard. It shows your next fixture and your team's place on the ladder.

Your next fixture keeps the current game in view for up to 12 hours after its start while scores are still being entered. Once the scorecard is submitted for approval, it shows the next game. The submitted fixture stays listed until its result is verified. An unsubmitted fixture older than 12 hours stays in the scores list.

Below them, Needs scores lists played fixtures that have no verified result yet. If you cannot enter scores, the list is called Waiting for scores. Coming up lists the next fixtures to play. Your results are on My record.

Your team has no place on the ladder until the first result is verified. Before then, every team is level. If teams carry points into a later stage, the ladder shows their places from the start of that stage.

Find the courts

1. Open My dashboard and find Your next fixture.
2. Check the venue, courts and address.
3. Select the address to open it in Maps. If the venue has no address, no address is shown.

On a phone, the menu is behind the menu button at the top left.

Contact the opposition manager

Managers, assistant managers and club administrators see Opposition manager below Your next fixture when the manager has added a phone number. The number is shared from seven days before the fixture until two days after its start.

Select the call or text button beside the number.

• Competitions: your organisation's draws and ladders.
• My teams: your teams and their players.
• My record: your results from approved scorecards.

Fixture status

Status	Meaning
Not submitted	Nobody has submitted the scorecard.
Awaiting approval	One team submitted it. The other team must check it.
Queried	The other team found a problem.
Verified	Both teams agree. The result is on the ladder.
